Over the course of two weeks, you’ll wear a Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM) that tracks your glucose levels in real time. During this period, we’ll gather and analyze your data to uncover patterns and trends. At the end of the experience, you’ll receive personalized insights that reveal how your body responds to food, activity, stress, and sleep—empowering you to make informed lifestyle choices that support better metabolic health.

How do I get started?

Will I receive medical advice based on my glucose data?
While we provide detailed insights into your glucose trends, our service does not replace professional medical advice. We recommend consulting with a healthcare provider for medical concerns or before making significant health decisions.
Can I participate in the 14-day experience if I have diabetes?
Yes, individuals with diabetes can use this service. However, it is not intended for those with Type 1 Diabetes or for individuals with Type 2 Diabetes who are currently using insulin as part of their treatment plan.

What is a Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM)?
A CGM is a small wearable device that tracks your glucose levels continuously throughout the day and night. It provides real-time data, allowing you to see how different factors like meals, exercise, and stress impact your blood sugar levels.
Is the CGM device noticeable or uncomfortable?
The CGM device is discreet and designed for comfort. It is applied to you’re the upper back of arm. Most users find it easy to wear and quickly adapt to its presence.
What should I do if the sensor falls off or stops working?
If your sensor falls off or appears to stop working, please contact us right away—we’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly. In some cases, you may see a temporary signal loss message. This is usually resolved by scanning the sensor again. If the issue persists, reach out to us for further support and guidance.
Can the CGM get wet?
Yes, you can swim, shower and exercise with your CGM safely on your arm.

Do I need a medical prescription to participate?
No prescription is required. This is a non-medical service designed to provide personalized insights—not diagnoses or treatments. Our goal is to equip you with meaningful data and guidance to support informed lifestyle choices and improve metabolic awareness.
Will my health insurance cover this experience?
This experience may be eligible for reimbursement through a Health Care Spending Account (HCSA) or Wellness Account, depending on your benefits plan. We recommend checking with your provider to confirm eligibility and coverage details.
What if I don’t live in the Kitchener Waterloo Region? Can I still purchase the Enhanced Plan or Ultimate Plan?
Absolutely! The sensor will be shipped directly to your door, and a pharmacist will conduct a virtual consultation to guide you through the sensor application process remotely.
What if I need to change my appointment time?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. We’ll do our best to accommodate your availability and find a new time that works for you.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind or need to cancel?
We understand that plans can change. Refunds may be available depending on the timing and stage of your service.
Before your experience begins: You may be eligible for a full refund, minus a $25 administration fee.
After your experience has started: A partial refund may be issued, accounting for services already provided and a $25 administration fee.
To request a refund, please contact us as soon as possible.
